• Strong hands-on experience in a true medical aesthetics environment
• Confidence performing a range of treatments, including both on-label and off-label procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in alignment with established clinical and brand standards
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to all compliance and safety protocols
• Educate patients on services, products, and long-term treatment plans to support optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with and support team development through mentorship, training, and shared best practices
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and high-performing clinical environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Active NP or PA license in the practicing state
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (required)
• Demonstrated proficiency in injectables and other aesthetic treatments
• Experience with lasers, advanced treatments, or energy-based devices preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work in a collaborative environment
• This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts
