Job Summary

As a Medical Equipment Project Manager at Mazzetti, you will lead the full lifecycle of medical equipment planning across healthcare projects of varying scale and complexity. In this role, you will guide projects from early concept development and cost estimating through budget oversight, procurement coordination, and alignment with clinical operations. Serving as a primary project leader, you will manage schedules, ensure precision in detailed equipment documentation, and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and project partners throughout the process.

You will operate at the intersection of healthcare technology and patient-centered design, collaborating closely with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Clinicians. Success in this role requires deep expertise in healthcare technology, a strong client-service orientation, and the ability to translate complex clinical needs into practical, forward-thinking solutions.

Mazzetti’s Technology Practice is dedicated to designing sustainable, future-ready technology environments for healthcare. By integrating Medical Equipment Planning, IT and Low Voltage Systems, and engineering disciplines, the practice supports care delivery across all settings.

Work Location: This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based on the U.S. West or East Coast, particularly the Northeast, to support proximity to project work.
