Join Corus Home Health in Albuquerque, where your skills as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) help patients heal at home, regain independence, and stay connected to the life they love. As part of a collaborative, tight-knit team, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the Albuquerque metro and surrounding counties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home physical therapy treatments as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Support individualized care plans and track patient progress toward functional goals
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and home safety
  • Communicate observations clearly with supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
  • Document all visits and care provided in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
  • Travel to patient homes throughout the service area (mileage reimbursed)
  • Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing education
  • Uphold agency standards for compassionate, respectful, and compliant care
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New Mexico
  • Experience in home health preferred, but not required — mentoring is available
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Comfort working independently in patient homes
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and patient dignity
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
