Role Summary

The Roofing Foreman will lead field crews on commercial flat roofing projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, technical expertise in single-ply systems, and the ability to manage crews and jobsite execution.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead      and supervise roofing crews on active job sites
  • Install      and oversee installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, and SBS systems
  • Coordinate      materials, equipment, and daily jobsite needs
  • Ensure      projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec
  • Communicate      with superintendents and project managers
  • Train      and mentor crew members
  • Conduct      quality checks and ensure manufacturer compliance
  • Manage      jobsite documentation and reporting via iPad
  • Maintain      jobsite safety standards
  • Troubleshoot      installation challenges in real time

Requirements

 Required Qualifications

  • Commercial      roofing experience (flat roofing required)
  • Experience      installing single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
  • Leadership      experience or readiness to lead crews
  • Valid      driver’s license
  • Ability      to read plans/specs (preferred but not required)
  • Strong      work ethic and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5      years as a foreman or crew lead
  • Bilingual      (English/Spanish)
  • Sheet      metal experience
  • Experience      on large commercial/industrial projects
