Role Summary

The Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for someone with construction coordination experience who is organized, communicative, and eager to grow into a roofing-focused PM role.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage      project timelines, budgets, and execution
  • Coordinate      crews, materials, and subcontractors
  • Handle      submittals and documentation
  • Communicate      with clients and internal teams
  • Track      project progress and resolve issues
  • Utilize      Procore for project management
  • Schedule      deliveries and jobsite logistics
  • Ensure      compliance with project specs and safety standards
  • Support      estimating and pre-construction planning
  • Maintain      strong client relationships

Requirements

 Required Qualifications

  • Basic      construction/project coordination experience
  • Strong      communication and organizational skills
  • Computer      proficiency
  • Ability      to learn and use Procore
  • Valid      driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Roofing      or construction experience
  • Experience      with submittals and scheduling
  • Procore      or similar software experience
  • Exposure      to commercial/industrial projects
