Vision Quest Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Manager for a government contract position.

The Healthcare Program Manager shall be responsible for maintaining high workforce standards, assigning schedules, supervising personnel and will ensure overall contract performance compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational and medical health services, including emergency care, first aid, and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
• Deliver nursing case management and support employee health and wellness initiatives
• Coordinate and follow up on HRP medical evaluations and related issues
• Administer pre-employment and routine medical testing, including immunizations
• Refer employees to appropriate facilities for routine or emergency care as needed

• BSN
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in program management, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and client interaction
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Requires an active US Secret security clearance
