Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work hours - onsite in office - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.  There is little to no overtime with this position.
  • Conduct troubleshooting over the phone to identify and correct mechanical failures on customer's equipment.
  • Solicits sale of new or additional services.
  • Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
  • Talks to customers by phone or in person to investigate conditions surrounding equipment failures.
  • Assists customers by suggesting parts necessary for equipment repairs.


Requirements

Education and Experience: 

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of customer experience
  • Knowledge of Epicor and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • There is no heavy lifting necessary with this position
