Primary Location: Washington, D.C

Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI 


Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Analyst I to support mission requirements for DHS in the Greater Washington, D.C. area by leading data-gathering and analytical efforts, designing and conducting research, and developing databases and spreadsheets to inform operational decisions. This role produces process flow diagrams, drafts project reports, training materials, and other key deliverables. The Analyst I also contributes to instructional design and multimedia development and facilitates training and knowledge-sharing activities across the organization.



Requirements

Specific Responsibilities

  • Leads data-gathering and analysis in support of project and mission objectives.
  • Designs and conducts research to support analytical and programmatic requirements.
  • Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to organize and present complex information.
  • Creates process flow diagrams to document and communicate workflows and operational procedures.
  • Drafts project reports, training materials, and other program deliverables.
  • Performs instructional design and multi-media responsibilities in support of organizational learning objectives.
  • Conducts training sessions and facilitates knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working in complex organizations in a leadership role.
  • Clearance Level Required
