Hardware Retail Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting hardware products and provide knowledgeable advice

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and stock shelves

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are appealing

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience

- Follow safety procedures and store policies at all times


Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work nights and weekends as required

- Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic math and communication skills

- Over 18 years old preferred, but not mandatory
