Position: Leasing Professional
Location: The Apex Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed 

Pay Rate: Up to $21 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions and incentives

What You'll Do: 

 Drive leasing success and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in.

• Engage prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities 
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and leasing activity in Yardi 
• Assist with applications, renewals, and insurance verification 
• Ensure smooth move-ins and maintain model and market-ready units 
• Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing, and resident events

Who You Are:

 A motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 1 year of experience required; leasing or customer service experience preferred 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Sales experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred 
• Experience with tours, leasing, and application management 
• Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service and community engagement 
• Comfortable supporting marketing and social media efforts
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
