Part-Time Cashier

Location: Grafton, MA
Employment Type: Part-Time | Monday–Saturday | 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Rate of Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

Koopman Lumber is looking for a dependable Part-Time Cashier to join our Grafton team. This is a straightforward register position focused on greeting customers, processing purchases accurately, and providing friendly service.

We’re looking for someone who can consistently work the scheduled morning shift each day, Monday through Saturday. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Operate the cash register and process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and count change correctly.
• Keep the register area clean and organized.
• Ask a team member for assistance with customer questions or transaction issues when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Consistent availability Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive on time.
• A friendly, professional attitude.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Previous cashier experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train.
