About the Practice
We are a long-standing, independent orthopedic surgery practice in Flagstaff, Arizona, serving high-performing surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Our organization prioritizes excellence, accountability, community reputation, and a strong culture built over decades.
The Opportunity

- This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced medical environments, can translate vision into execution, and is motivated by creating measurable organizational impact.
- A structured 90-day onboarding plan will focus on learning the practice, understanding its target markets, aligning with growth priorities, and building foundational marketing/PR and business development strategies.
