Position Overview
Premier Construction Group is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and tenant improvement projects across retail, restaurant, and convenience store sectors.
This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, driving schedules, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
Project Types
- Ground-up construction (convenience stores, restaurants, retail)
- Tenant fit-outs and renovations
- Clients include nationally recognized brands such as Starbucks, AutoZone, Royal Farms, and Mavis Tire
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily site operations
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Maintain safety standards and job site compliance
- Coordinate inspections and manage site logistics
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders
Travel & Schedule
- Travel based on project location
- Typically onsite Monday–Friday, home on weekends (project-dependent)
- Standard schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend work required to maintain project timelines
Location Preference
- Ideal candidates located within 1–2 hours of Dillsburg, PA
- Open to traveling candidates outside the area

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
