What You’ll Do
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
- Serve as liaison between owners and internal/external contacts, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate personal errands, travel, reservations, household logistics, and special requests
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and communications with professionalism
- Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Business & Administrative Support
- Support cross-functional administrative needs including scheduling, data entry, and coordination
- Maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with expense tracking, reports, and light finance-related administrative tasks
- Contribute to special projects and company initiatives as needed

Required:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant and/or personal assistant, supporting both professional and personal responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling/organizational tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Availability to respond to time-sensitive needs outside of standard working hours when required.
Preferred:
- Experience working with high-level executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with personal household and lifestyle management.
- Flexibility in working hours and the ability to handle urgent tasks as needed.
