Customer Service Representative Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers, vendors, and internal teams. This Customer Service Representative ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and a seamless customer experience while representing Kaspar Outdoors with professionalism.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

- Provide a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions

- Accurately enter, update, and manage customer and order data

- Follow up on orders to ensure accuracy, delivery, and satisfaction

- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism

- Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams

- Maintain organized records and documentation

- Support continuous improvement through customer insights

- All other duties as assigned by management

Customer Service Representative Skills and Competencies

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems

- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required

- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

- Experience with ERP systems is a plus

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with occasional interaction in warehouse or production areas.

Physical Requirements

- Sitting and/or walking (33%-75%)

- Stooping, bending, twisting (10%-25%)

- Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
