Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll participate in networking events and fun team-building experiences with fellow interns.

Internship Opportunities by Department

• Accounting - Get a behind-the-scenes look at how financial reporting, budgeting, and daily accounting operations support a successful community bank.
• Human Resources (HR) - Explore the people side of banking! Learn all about recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
• Loan Servicing - See how customer loans are maintained throughout their lifecycle, from documentation to payment processing and customer support.
• Credit Risk Management - Work with teams that evaluate financial risk, analyze trends, and help ensure the bank makes sound lending decisions.
• Trust Department - Discover how trust officers help clients manage assets, estates, and long-term financial plans with care and professionalism.
• Retail Banking - Experience the front line of community banking by working directly with customers in our retail branches. Learn how to assist customers with everyday banking needs, support account services, and provide friendly, solutions-focused service. 
• Commercial Lending - Learn how commercial loans are evaluated, structured, and monitored while assisting with financial analysis, documentation, and customer relationship support.
