Position Summary
Responsible for the supervision of table games operations.
Essential Functions
- Manages all aspects of daily operations for assigned gaming tables.
- Monitors any of the following types of games: Blackjack and variations, Craps, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Fortune Pai Gow, Bonus Let it Ride & Ultimate Texas Hold’em.
- Ensures that game operations are in compliance with Chinook Winds policies & procedures, NIGC, Tribal policies, State Compact, and Tribal gaming regulations.
- Protects Chinook Winds assets.
- Determines that bets are in compliance with table limits.
- Makes payoffs and collections.
- Identifies and reports any irregularities in play to supervisors.
- Provides technical assistance to customers regarding Chinook Winds games such as how to play, rules, limits, etc.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards.
- Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints as needed.
- Recommends measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase quality and enhance job safety.
- Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of goals, objectives, programs, promotions, budgets, policies, and procedures.
- Handles all personnel issues in a timely manner according to Chinook Winds policies and procedures.
- Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.
- Manages employees during the shift and ensures appropriate professional standards of behavior, work standards, productivity, practices, and customer care are enforced.
- Develops and maintains a teamwork environment.
- Monitors staff performance to ensure Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards are achieved.
- Identifies & reports any irregular, unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- All other duties as assigned.
Note: Can only monitor the games in which the Table Games Supervisor has current certification.

Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience
Two years of experience in gaming operations.
One year of supervisory experience; or 6 months as a Dual Rate Games Supervisor.
Certificates & Licenses
Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
Must obtain games certifications for all table games, excluding craps.
Other Requirements
Successful completion of basic strategy testing
Must maintain a basic strategy score of -5 or better.
Certification in craps preferred.

Work Environment
Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated affects.
Working Conditions
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
