Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in facility settings across Williamson County. 

Shift and Availability Details:

• Day Shift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekdays and Weekends

Additional shifts may become available based on your availability and client needs.

Pay & Benefits

• $14 – $17 per hour

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening in accordance with company and state standards
• Good written and verbal communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care and support
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living tasks
• Support clients with memory care needs (dementia experience required for select cases)
• Communicate clearly with care teams and families
• Ensure consistent, compassionate care in a facility environment

What We’re Looking For

Caregiving experience required (dementia experience strongly preferred)

• Reliable, professional, and responsive
• Comfortable working in facility settings
• CNA certification is a plus (not required)
