Why Aspen Academy?

Located in the southern metro area of beautiful Denver, Colorado, at Aspen Academy, we're not just a school; we're a community committed to shaping the leaders of tomorrow. Our dedication to Next Generation education sets us apart, as we equip students with the enduring life skills they need for future success.

Our unique  LiFE program is our signature offering and a primary reason families choose our school. Here, you won't just manage a program—you’ll shape a model that is influencing education nationwide.

We embody and promote the community's values in our thoughts, words, and actions, serving as committed and supportive co-leaders in realizing Aspen Academy's vision and mission:

  • Our values: Be Kind. Do Good. Work Hard. Make the World Better.
  • Our mission: We edify and inspire students and educators to grow, learn and lead.
  • Our vision: We are a national leader in innovative and transformative education.

About Your Role

As the LiFE Program Manager, you are the driving force behind Aspen Academy’s signature program. You aren't just managing a curriculum; you are a strategic leader and instructional coach who ensures that leadership, finance, and entrepreneurship are woven into the very fabric of our school.

  • You are a visionary builder and systems thinker who thrives on turning big ideas into executable, scalable programs that impact an entire K–8 community.
  • You exhibit a high level of lateral leadership, possessing the unique ability to influence, inspire, and coach faculty members who do not report directly to you to drive institutional excellence and program fidelity across all grade levels and throughout the school.
  • You are a meticulous implementer who can anticipate and execute logistical and operational needs to successfully bring complex, large-scale projects and ideas to life.
  • You are a strategic evaluator who consistently analyzes the impact of every program and idea to ensure they yield high-impact results for our students and add measurable value to the organization.
  • You are a results-oriented leader who is comfortable owning key performance indicators (KPIs) and using data to ensure superior student outcomes and continuous program growth.

What You’ll Do

As the LiFE Program Manager, you aren't just overseeing a curriculum; you are a strategic leader and implementer of a culture. You will move between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution to ensure our students aren't just learning about the real world—they are practicing for it.

  • Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of the LiFE program to ensure it remains a premier national model for innovative education.
  • Drive school-wide integration by ensuring classrooms consistently embed LiFE concepts (leadership, finance, entrepreneurship) into their daily core content.
  • Act as the primary instructional coach for LiFE, leading faculty through regular observation and feedback coaching cycles to build their capacity and confidence.
  • Direct the flawless execution of Aspen’s high-profile experiential events, including Shark Tank, Bear’s Student Enterprises, Student Government, Service Learning and more.
  • Manage all logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation required to scale signature programs across the entire K–8 spectrum.
  • Develop and document a comprehensive K–8 scope and sequence with clear vertical alignment to ensure a seamless and rigorous student experience.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor teacher implementation, student growth, and overall program efficacy.
  • Influence and inspire staff through lateral leadership, ensuring high fidelity to the program's vision without direct supervisory authority.
  • Recruit and manage a robust network of external mentors, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to provide students with authentic feedback and internship opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the LiFE program to families, ensuring high levels of parent engagement and satisfaction through clear communication.
  • Ensure students meet or exceed LiFE mastery benchmarks through the design and analysis of performance-based assessments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with School Directors to align LiFE goals with general academic standards and school-wide strategic initiatives.
