Automotive Loaner Desk Coordinator

$20 - $22 Per Hour | Customer-Focused Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to manage our Service Loaner Desk. This is a key position responsible for keeping customers on the road while their vehicles are being serviced.

What You’ll Do

Manage the loaner vehicle process from check-out to return
Greet customers and deliver a professional, seamless experience
Verify driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation
Maintain accurate records of loaner agreements and vehicle availability
Inspect vehicles before and after use for condition and cleanliness
Keep the loaner fleet organized, clean, and ready for customers
Handle customer questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Bilingual is a plus

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Authorized to work in the United States
