Description
  • Create, schedule, and post content across Timber-lee’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). 
  • Photograph camp events, programs, and everyday life at camp to build a library of authentic, high-quality content. 
  • Edit photos using professional tools to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment. 
  • Film and edit short-form video content for social media, promotional use, and the Timber-lee website. 
  • Assist in developing a content calendar that aligns with camp seasons, events, and marketing goals. 
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand way. 
  • Collaborate with program and ministry staff to capture stories and moments that reflect the camp’s mission. 
  • Support the creation of digital marketing assets such as graphics, reels, and promotional clips. 
  • Maintain an organized media library of photos and videos. 
  • Other marketing tasks as assigned

Positional

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and growing an engaged audience. 
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite. 
  • Strong eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling. 
  • Ability to produce content that feels authentic and aligns with our brand and mission. 
  • Familiarity with short-form video content creation (Reels, TikTok-style content). 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines. 
  • Has a working knowledge of the Google Suite. 
  • Evenings and weekends may be required during camp programming seasons. 
  • Ability to physically traverse the multi-terrain campground in all seasons of the year. 
Salary Description
$13.00 per hour
