The Opportunity

BrandPoint Services is an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, and we’re looking for a

powerhouse Director of Business Development to own the Facility Management (FM) and

Project Management (PM) sectors.

This isn't just a sales role—it’s a leadership position for a strategic "hunter" who understands the

nuances of multi-site commercial portfolios. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be the face

of BrandPoint, driving high-value partnerships with national brands in retail, healthcare, and

banking. If you have a track record of closing high-ticket refresh and maintenance programs,

we want to talk.


How You’ll Make an Impact

 - Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute an aggressive pipeline strategy

targeting national accounts that require complex, multi-site FM and PM solutions.

 - Architect the Brand: Lead the integration of sales and marketing strategy. You’ll

oversee the creation of high-impact case studies, digital content, and social strategies

that position BrandPoint as the premier industry authority.

 - C-Suite Influence: Design and deliver sophisticated presentations to C-suite

executives and Facility Directors, translating complex project logistics into clear ROI and

efficiency gains.

 - Market Intelligence: Act as our "eyes and ears" in the industry. Monitor FM/PM trends

and competitor landscapes to influence our pricing models and service evolution.

 - National Representation: Lead our presence at major industry conferences (Connex,

SPECS, RFMA). You won't just attend—you’ll maximize every booth interaction and

keynote opportunity.

 - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal Project Management teams

and external agencies to ensure our "pitch" perfectly matches our "performance."


Who You Are

 - The Industry Expert: You have 7–10 years of B2B business development experience,

specifically within Facility Management, Construction, or Multi-site Rollouts.

 - The Relationship Architect: You don't just "close deals"; you build long-term

partnerships with high-revenue national accounts.

 - A Strategic Thinker: You can navigate complex contracts and calculate profit margins

and ROI projections on the fly.

 - Tech-Forward: You’re proficient in leveraging Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales

Navigator to build a data-driven prospecting machine.

 - Willing to Travel: You’re ready to hit the road (up to 30%) to meet clients where they

are and represent BrandPoint on the national stage.
