Jim Shorkey Commercial Sales is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative who thrives on connecting with people, solving problems, and delivering results. What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with commercial clients in your assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead development
  • Consult with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend the right commercial vehicle solutions
  • Clearly communicate vehicle features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Deliver a professional, high-touch customer experience from first interaction through vehicle delivery
  • Negotiate and close sales aligned with monthly and quarterly performance goals
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and documentation
  • Stay current on commercial vehicle offerings across Ford, CDJR, Chevy, and other brands
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • High level of confidence, motivation, and personal accountability
  • Natural relationship-builder who enjoys working with clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow a long-term career in sales
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Prior sales, customer-facing, or internship experience is a plus (automotive experience not required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
