Salon Manager – Lead, Motivate & Grow with Great Clips

Great Clips is looking for an experienced Salon Manager who’s ready to lead a talented team, keep a busy salon running smoothly, and create an environment where both stylists and customers feel welcome.

We’re seeking a proven leader with at least 2 years of salon management experience who understands what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced, select-service salon focused on haircutting. You’ll oversee day-to-day salon operations, coach and develop your team, drive salon performance, and spend time behind the chair connecting with customers.

The right candidate is a hands-on leader who can set the tone for the salon, keep the team motivated, and confidently manage the demands of a high-volume environment.

Earn $20–$35+ per hour (hourly + tips + bonuses)
