growing team as a Marketing & Business Development Intern to help shape the future of an

industry leader that services millions of happy customer cars annually across 4 states: MA, RI,

ME, NH. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and leadership team, you’ll play a key

role in driving our award-winning business, enhancing brand equity, and leading our marketing

initiatives to new heights. 


As a 3rd-generation family business recognized as a USA Today and Boston Globe Top

Workplace, this role offers the unique opportunity to grow our Marketing and Business

Development strategy with a well-established brand and team of over 200 employees. We seek

a college student with a passion for marketing, sales, relationship management, social media,

and community engagement. You’ll gain valuable experience working directly with our

leadership team, developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, partnerships,

expanding revenue growth and ScrubaDub’s digital and in-person brand presence. Outstanding

interns will be considered for a future full-time position at the conclusion of the internship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing Team on a wide-array of marketing campaigns targeting different audiences and customer profiles to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Manage ScrubaDub’s social media presence, including content creation (photos, videos, graphics), engagement, and follower growth. Experience with Canva, Hootsuite, and AirTable is a plus.
  • Community Engagement & Events: Help plan and execute on-site events, including grand openings, charity and sports partnership events to strengthen local community relations.
  • Maintain & Grow Strategic Partnerships & B2B Accounts (Sports Partners, Dealerships, Corporate & Municipal Fleets, Retail Resellers): Prepare partner marketing materials, deliver presentations/proposals/trade, help negotiate agreements/terms for new and existing accounts across New England. Follow up with B2B sales leads and prospects.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, and other platforms. Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey data and collaborate with our Marketing Agency Vendor on SEO and maintaining Google Business Profile listings.
  • Local Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and support location-specific marketing strategies tailored to individual ScrubaDub markets. Collaborate with site managers to identify local opportunities, support promotions, strengthen community presence, and drive membership and retail growth at the location level.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing print, radio, social media, email, SMS, and PR campaigns, as well as in-store promotions.
  • Administrative & Coordination Support: Help keep marketing operations running smoothly with various administrative tasks. Must be able to lift heavy items, move boxes, assist with event setup and breakdown, and perform other physically demanding tasks as needed for community marketing events.

 

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: $24-$30 per hour depending on experience. 
  • Company Credit Card for Fuel reimbursement for work related travel and work expenses.
  • One annual unlimited car wash pass for your personal vehicle (plus employee discount on all ScrubaDub car wash & detailing services).
  • Hours: 15-30 hours per week depending on experience and business needs 
Requirements

Education: Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,

Management, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design or a related Business field. Recent

graduates are welcome to apply.


Skills & Attributes

  • Organized, ambitious, and innovative mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

Travel Requirements 

Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel to the corporate office in Natick, MA and retail locations throughout New England.
