Magnify is looking for a Villa Manager to direct and manage the operations and activities of assigned resident villas to assist individuals with disabilities in maintaining and developing independence through person-centered planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Direct Support Staff
• Ensure compliance with DSP documentation
• Attend Support Plan meetings and assist with goal development
• Develop Implementation Plans with residents
• Analyze data and write quarterly and annual progress reports
• Act as a liaison to families, guardians, waiver support coordinators, and behavioral analysts
• Respond to the needs of families and residents, follow-up on all requests accordingly
• Conduct Staff Meetings
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents are maintained
• Ensure all duties and responsibilities are completed effectively and with accuracy.
• Train all new staff and provide ongoing training
• Provide progressive discipline to staff
• All other managerial duties assigned by the Administrator

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and 1-year experience or management experience may be used as a substitute for the educational requirements
