Magnify is looking for a Villa Manager to direct and manage the operations and activities of assigned resident villas to assist individuals with disabilities in maintaining and developing independence through person-centered planning.

Responsibilities
- Supervise all Direct Support Staff
- Ensure compliance with DSP documentation
- Attend Support Plan meetings and assist with goal development
- Develop Implementation Plans with residents
- Analyze data and write quarterly and annual progress reports
- Act as a liaison to families, guardians, waiver support coordinators, and behavioral analysts
- Respond to the needs of families and residents, follow-up on all requests accordingly
- Conduct Staff Meetings
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents are maintained
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are completed effectively and with accuracy.
- Train all new staff and provide ongoing training
- Provide progressive discipline to staff
- All other managerial duties assigned by the Administrator

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher and 1-year experience or management experience may be used as a substitute for the educational requirements
