Position Overview:

Senior Management Advisors is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across all communities. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and enhancing engagement through both organic and paid social media efforts.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, and experienced in social media advertising, with a strong ability to translate business goals into high-performing campaigns.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) 
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple senior living communities 
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, and videos 
  • Lead all social media advertising campaigns (paid social), including audience targeting, budget management, and optimization 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, ROI) 
  • Optimize campaigns and content based on data insights and KPIs 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with promotions, events, and occupancy goals 
  • Capture and coordinate photo and video content to support storytelling and brand development 
  • Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner 
  • Manage online reputation on Google, A Place for Mom, and other online sources
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies 

  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management 
  • Proven experience managing and scaling paid social media advertising campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies 
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills 
  • Highly creative with the ability to develop engaging and conversion-driven content 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions 
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Willingness to travel as needed 

  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries 
  • Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand social media accounts
