Summary

Bistro Crew Leads will be responsible for providing amazing customer service to each and every fan - from the initial greeting to the service of food, beverage, and clearing of tableware. Bistro Crew Leads serve as an extension of management to guide, train, and lead Bistro Crew Members. Our Bistro Crew Leads will uphold and model our Core Values and Company Standards to achieve exceptional success and an incredible fan experience. 


Responsibilities 

  • Greet fans warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of restaurant events, policies, reservations, and menu options.
  • Perform all Bistro roles, including supporting scheduling changes and opening/closing duties.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations for Team Members and fans.
  • Assist with POS processing for fans, peers, and management.
  • Communicate labor/service needs effectively to managers, kitchen team, and crew members.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with management to guide and train Bistro Crew Members.
  • Lead the team through delegation and schedule support.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, team environment with short time constraints.
  • Monitor fan dining experience and respond promptly to requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • At least 2 years of related experience and/or training in a high-volume restaurant. 
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego. Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate. Certified Beer Server preferred. 
  • Reliable transportation is necessary. 
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs. 
Salary Description
$18.75/hr. (plus tips)
