Work schedule: June 2026 – August 2026 (30-40 hours/week)

Job Summary

As a Quality and Continuous Improvement intern, you are considered an integral part of The Gund Company team. You will be challenged with completing an impactful business project that will enhance your business skills as well as contribute to the company’s goals and objectives. You will also gain additional experience and insights through structured activities such as training sessions, department meetings, and extracurricular events. 


Program Components

  • Hands-on learning through an assigned project within one of The Gund Company’s functions. Specific accountabilities will vary for each project but may include Quality system administration and auditing, process improvements, functional administrative support, and document translation.  
  • Exposure to The Gund Company business; both domestic and international.
  • End of semester presentation to senior management.

Requirements
  •  Program is open to High School graduates or college students.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power point, word).
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.5.
  • A team player with persuasive communication skills  and a “let’s make it happen” attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently; keen analytical and proven problem-solving skills; strong strategic and conceptual aptitude; proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
