Your role in action

Command & Flight Operations

• Serve as Pilot-in-Command ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight      operations 
• Lead all phases of flight planning and execution across domestic and      international routes 

Leadership & Crew Management

• Set the standard for professionalism, safety, and crew coordination 
• Mentor First Officers and contribute to a strong, team-oriented flight      environment 

Passenger Experience

• Deliver a seamless, high-level experience for clients with strong communication      and service 

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain strict adherence to FAA regulations and company policies 
• Ensure aircraft readiness and operational integrity at all times 

Minimum Requirements

• ATP Certificate 
• FirstClass Medical 
• CL-604/605/650 Type Rating 
• 3,000 Total Flight Hours 
• 1,500 PIC Hours 
• 250Hours in Type 
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction 
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
• Must reside in the continental U.S. 

Preferred:

• 500+ hours in type 
• Recent initial/recurrent training (within 36 months) 
• International operational experience 
• Experience flying Challenger variants or strong Part 135 background
