Medical Assistant or LPN – Full Time
Montezuma Rural Health Clinic

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting providers and assisting with the daily clinical and operational functions of the clinic under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant graduate, CMA, or LPN (Kansas licensure required) 
• Current BLS certification 
• Prior clinical experience preferred 
• Knowledge of medications and patient care 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients, obtain histories, and prepare for exams 
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care 
• Administer medications and perform ordered lab tests 
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality 
• Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean and stocked 
• Follow clinic policies and complete required education 

This position is classified as OSHA Risk Category I (potential exposure to blood/body fluids).
