Your Duties

• The Rescue Mission: Travel to job sites and perform water extraction, dry-out, dehumidification processes and structural cleaning.
• Cleanup Crew: Move furniture, perform minor demo, and sanitize properties to bring them back to life.
• Document & Communicate: Take photos, log moisture readings, and explain the restoration process to relieved homeowners.
• The Content Expert: Carefully pack, clean, and inventory personal belongings (electronics, furniture, heirlooms) that have been damaged.
• Empathy Expert: Talk to customers, calm their fears, and reassure them that we’ve got this.

What We Are Looking For

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in varied environments (crawl spaces, attics).
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Valid Driver’s License: With a clean record.
• Experience: Prior experience in water/fire restoration, construction, or cleaning is great, but we will train the right, motivated candidate!.
• Availability for on-call rotation (because disasters don't keep office hours).
