We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and execute day to day operations across our manufacturing, test loop and overhaul areas. This role is responsible for people, performance, and process - ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead daily operations across manufacturing, overhaul/teardown, test loop
- Manage and develop team members
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Plan and prioritize workload, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Drive accountability, execution, and performance across teams
- Monitor and report on key metrics (output, efficiency, quality, safety)
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Partner with sales and leadership to align operations with customer needs
- Support a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Prefer knowledge of welding, overhaul/teardown, and compressor systems.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and basic project management skills
- Experience leading operations in industrial, oil & gas, fabrication, or service environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Strong communication and team alignment skills
- Focus on both execution and continuous improvement
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet production deadlines or respond to facility needs.
Salary Description
$85,000 - $100,000
