We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and execute day to day operations across our manufacturing, test loop and overhaul areas.  This role is responsible for people, performance, and process - ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead daily operations across manufacturing, overhaul/teardown, test loop
  • Manage and develop team members
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards 
  • Plan and prioritize workload, scheduling, and resource allocation 
  • Drive accountability, execution, and performance across teams 
  • Monitor and report on key metrics (output, efficiency, quality, safety) 
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements 
  • Partner with sales and leadership to align operations with customer needs 
  • Support a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements


 What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Prefer knowledge of welding, overhaul/teardown, and compressor systems.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and basic project management skills
  • Experience leading operations in industrial, oil & gas, fabrication, or service environments 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set expectations and hold teams accountable 
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly 
  • Strong communication and team alignment skills 
  • Focus on both execution and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet production deadlines or respond to facility needs.
Salary Description
$85,000 - $100,000
