The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring the site runs efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, providing high-quality customer service, and handling administrative tasks such as cash reconciliation. The Assistant Manager acts as the leader in the manager's absence, often working a variable schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
