Summary

The Store Crew Lead – Seasonal is responsible for engaging customers and executing all beer and merchandise sales to create an exceptional fan experience. They support the Store Manager by delegating tasks to Store Crew Members, leading successful shifts, and staying updated on industry standards and Stone’s beer offerings.  The Seasonal Store Crew Lead joins the team for six months or less on a seasonal basis during a predefined time period based on the seasonal nature of the business, hours vary depending upon workload demand and other business needs. We're hiring for the Summer season, which runs from May to August.  If you have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and are dedicated to your craft, we want you. 


Responsibilities 

  • Deliver amazing fan service through every interaction with fans, vendors, team members, and industry partners.
  • Plan and execute brewery tours, including public speaking engagements.
  • Open and close the store, maintain the register, securing doors, setting alarms, and shutting down equipment.
  • Execute opening and closing duties according to company training guidelines.
  • Lead the team in duties, projects, and sales through delegation and coaching in collaboration with management.
  • Act as an extension of management during shifts, addressing inquiries or concerns from team members, fans, and vendors.
  • Stock merchandise and beer inventory, to meet visual standards.
  • Maintain the quality of store displays, merchandise, and cleanliness.
  • Operate POS system accurately for beer, merchandise, and tour sales.
  • Manage deposits and reservations for beer purchases.
  • Prioritize safety by wearing appropriate PPE and following protocols in the store, behind the bar, and in the brewery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • At least 3 years of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment. Must have cash handling experience, preferably with a POS system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. POS system experience is strongly preferred. Must possess effective public speaking skills.
  • Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate. Certified Beer Server or higher preferred.
Salary Description
$18.75/hr. (plus tips)
