Construction Superintendent

REM is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join the team.

Duties:
- Oversee multiple project plans and schedules.
- Remain compliant with OSHA safety standards and state construction regulations.
- Act as liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
- Routinely update the project manager on job progress.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the day.
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and kneel.
- Ability to lift and/or pull objects up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
