PROBLEM SOLVERS WANTED | Our motivated, talented team is the secret to our success. We are committed to fostering a highly collaborative environment with ongoing learning opportunities for all employees.
WHO WE ARE | ArchBridge Family Office (formerly The St. Louis Trust Company) is a multi-family office and trust company that serves multi-generational families with complex wealth. Our philosophy is straightforward; focus on our clients, put them first and always better our service. We provide holistic, high-touch client service including customized, independent investment management and a full range of family office and fiduciary services. We serve a limited number of clients with substantial wealth in order to maintain very low client-to-employee ratios. Each client family is different, and so are we.
ARCHBRIDGE FAMILY OFFICE is seeking a new Investment Analyst to join our investment department and work closely with senior members of the team. This is a foundational role that offers broad exposure to our investment process, including portfolio reporting, public markets research, manager due diligence, client deliverables, and meeting preparation. Our ideal candidate is intellectually curious and passionate about investments, and stays informed though investment blogs, podcasts and more. The Investment Analyst will have a seat at the table from day one - participating in Investment Committee discussions, manager meetings, and client team conversations. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, takes pride in producing thorough, reliable work that keeps the team running, and is eager to develop their own well-informed investment views in time. The Investment Analyst role is designed to grow over time, with increasing responsibility as experience is gained. Professional development is supported through close mentorship and opportunities to pursue relevant certifications. This is an on-site position located in our St. Louis, Missouri office.
The ArchBridge Investment Department maintains a disciplined, evidence-informed investment process and the intellectual honesty to refine it. Every family we serve has a different set of objectives, and we build portfolios accordingly. We hold ourselves to a high standard, learn from what doesn't work, and never stop improving. If that resonates, we'd like to hear from you!
