This role is designed for someone who’s eager to learn, build confidence, and grow into a strong sales professional. You’ll work closely with our team to connect with customers, learn the sales process from start to finish, and develop skills that will set you up for long-term success. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to take initiative, you’ll fit right in.


What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential and existing customers via phone and email 
  • Learn how to turn outreach into real business opportunities 
  • Support account growth and help re-engage past customers 
  • Keep customer information organized using tools like HubSpot 
  • Work toward team and individual sales goals 
  • Learn our products so you can confidently speak with customers 
  • Assist with order entry and follow-ups 
  • Help promote new and clearance items 
  • Occasionally travel to trade shows or customer visits (as you grow in the role)

The Details

  • Full-time, hourly position 
  • Office-based role 
  • Up to 20% travel over time 
  • Occasional evenings or weekends as needed 
  • Light lifting (about 15 lbs.)
Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field 
  • Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking with people and building rapport 
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback 
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude 
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
