EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of appropriate industry related experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve our store operations teams by providing merchandising plans which are clearly communicated and executable.
  • Professionally collaborate and communicate with both internal and external business partners.
  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
  • Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on pricing performance and competitiveness.
  • Analysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Developing pricing proposals for new products and services
  • Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors.
  • Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions
  • Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics
  • Work with various Price Optimization programs.

This includes company parties, store visits, and other relevant activities scheduled outside of regular working hours. KNOWLEDGE / ADDITIONAL SKILLS / APTITUDE

Possess excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills. Able to lead a team and motivate its members to perform at the best of their abilities. Able to collaborate with other support groups and form strong partnerships.

Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, good judgment, a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and other Power Bi type software or web-based reporting applications. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to manage constant organizational changes.
