You will lead and inspire an ideal home services company with the best in the business working with you.
Key Sub Tasks
- Value Creation & Growth Driver.
- Partner with General Managers to drive revenue growth and margin expansion at Flint brands.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales operations.
- Partner with General Managers to build industry best culture & engagement.
- Work closely with brand leadership to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Learn & Deploy Flint Playbook & Management Approach.
- Become a subject matter expert on Flint’s playbook to drive change by deploying the overall philosophy.
- Evaluate and improve training experiences for field employees and office employees.
- Train and develop others in the organization on the playbook and how to implement best practices.
- Work as a member of the leadership team to continuously refine our operations roadmap and vision.
- Partner with the General Manager to build and lead strong and efficient teams.
- Hire, Retain, and develop top talent.
- Establish credibility and strong working relationships with Flint’s senior leadership team.
- Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by participating in industry training programs to learn effectivesales, office operations, field operations, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in development events with Flint leadership team (i.e., roundtable events, 1:1 coaching, group training, etc.).
