What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our operation—bringing steel to life and making products that go out into the real world and perform.

  • Weld and fabricate parts using established procedures
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specs
  • Inspect your work and ensure it meets quality standards
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Work alongside a team that pushes each other to be better every day
  • Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running strong

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Experience with welding (2–3 years preferred)
  • Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliability—we count on each other here
  • Willingness to work hard and stay safe
