WANTED: Detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy
- Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet accounts
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Support accounting operations across multiple systems during system transitions
- Work within a legal practice management software
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
- Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation
- Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $56,000 – $62,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- 1 - 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
