Overview
Red Moon Marketing is seeking a full-time experiential marketing Account Executive to support clients primarily across the eastern United States. In this role, you will play a key part in executing marketing activations and supporting client initiatives alongside your team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing both internal and client relationships to achieve campaign objectives. You should be adaptable and comfortable solving problems in fast-paced, on-site environments.
Approximately 90% of this role involves representing clients at events through direct consumer engagement. This includes educating consumers about brands and programs, distributing product samples, and providing branded promotional items. Success in this role requires maintaining a high volume of positive, face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist marketing team leaders with day-to-day client interactions, address client needs, and provide updates on project progress.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively address opportunities as they arise.
Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, procurement) to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives and assets.
Pre-Event Planning & Support: Coordinate with on-site contacts, prepare event materials, manage logistics and transportation of assets, and arrange team travel as needed.
Event Execution & Support: Travel to event locations, assist with setup and breakdown, and actively participate in on-site activations.
Post-Event Support: Unload and clean event assets, report damages, and return materials to their proper warehouse locations.
Reporting: Capture event metrics and assist in preparing post-event reports and recaps.
Market Research: Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and relevant industry developments.
Additional Responsibilities
· Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
· Traveling to events across the eastern U.S.
· Driving or riding in company vehicles with team members
· Working weekends and some holidays
· Organizing, maintaining, and cleaning warehouse space

Schedule
Heavy travel and weekend work required; some overtime may be necessary. This position requires approximately 75% travel.
Location
Tampa, FL (relocation required if not local prior to start)
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (event marketing experience strongly preferred)
· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask
· Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Willingness to drive company-branded vehicles (trucks, vans, trailers)
· Comfortable with frequent travel, weekend work, and holiday schedules
