Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory)
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management
- Support backup and disaster recovery processes
- Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
- Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, and configurations
- Collaborate with network, security, and development teams to support business operations
- Follow and help improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed
Requirements
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree and 4-7 years experience
