Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications 
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security using appropriate tools 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner 
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory) 
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management 
  • Support backup and disaster recovery processes 
  • Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects 
  • Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, and configurations 
  • Collaborate with network, security, and development teams to support business operations 
  • Follow and help improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices 
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed
Requirements

Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree and 4-7 years experience
