Description

Our client is hiring a Recruiter to be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring process. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and evaluate candidates effectively
  • Create and post job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate recruitment documentation
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve sourcing strategies
  • Support onboarding by coordinating communication between candidates and internal teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet hiring goals
