Description
Our client is hiring a Recruiter to be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through online platforms, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and evaluate candidates effectively
- Create and post job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment progress
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate recruitment documentation
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve sourcing strategies
- Support onboarding by coordinating communication between candidates and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Results-driven with the ability to meet hiring goals
