Description

Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role acts as a strategic partner, managing priorities, communications, and logistics with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders, including board members and investors
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and executive documentation
  • Capture meeting notes and track follow-up action items
  • Monitor and manage high-volume email communications
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Support strategic projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Zoom)
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater St. Louis
