Description
Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role acts as a strategic partner, managing priorities, communications, and logistics with professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders, including board members and investors
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and executive documentation
- Capture meeting notes and track follow-up action items
- Monitor and manage high-volume email communications
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Support strategic projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Zoom)
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work on-site in Greater St. Louis
