Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Skilled Nursing Facility


We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our reputable skilled nursing facility. Full-time positions available from 3p-11p, part-time for 11-7  plus extra shift differential


POOL rates are 23.50-25.50 


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff

- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

- Assist with feeding residents and ensure their nutritional needs are met

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

- Follow all safety and infection control protocols

- Support the nursing team with routine tasks and patient care activities

Requirements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program

- Current state certification/license required

- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and assisting residents
