Rate: $16.00

PROCESSING DUTIES

Inspect clothing donations for cleanliness and style.
Test all appliances and electronics to determine if items are in
working condition.
Determine the retail value of items according to pricing guidelines
and ticket the merchandise; size and tag and correctly hang all merchandise.
Clean merchandise as required.
Insure a consistent flow of merchandise to the sales floor as directed by the Processing Lead.
Other duties as assigned.
Adhere to processing area dress code (neat jeans, shirts with collar and closed toed shoes).
Perform related work and other duties when required and as assigned.

Memorize monthly Scripture, Mission Statement, and Mission Core Values.
Participate in corporate prayer and Scripture reading, staff chapel services, and all spiritual gatherings.
Support and attend annual mandatory Evangelism In Service training to grow in knowledge of leading others to faith in Christ.
Participate in annual spiritual growth training through organization selected curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma, GED or the work equivalent. Must be able to make quick and decisive judgments on the quality and retail value of merchandise.
Have knowledge of fashion labels and trends.
Must engage in safe and healthy work practices, for all staff, volunteers, and program participants.
