Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our busy service department.

This role combines customer checkout and appointment scheduling—ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling both phones and in-person customer interactions.

  

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and handle service checkout 
  • Process payments accurately (cash, card, etc.) 
  • Schedule service appointments by phone and in person 
  • Answer incoming calls and direct customers as needed 
  • Help keep the service drive organized and running smoothly 
  • Support the team with light administrative tasks

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Basic mathematical aptitude 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Ability to independently problem solve.
