Automotive Service Advisor
Description

 We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will communicate service recommendations clearly, ensure a smooth service experience, and help drive overall customer satisfaction. 


Responsibilities:

  •  Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend services and repairs based on technician findings
  • Provide clear cost estimates and timelines
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
  • Process repair orders, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all services performed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

Requirements
  •  Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Sales experience or ability to upsell services effectively
