We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will communicate service recommendations clearly, ensure a smooth service experience, and help drive overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend services and repairs based on technician findings
- Provide clear cost estimates and timelines
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Process repair orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

Requirements
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Sales experience or ability to upsell services effectively
